An escape room is a live-action, immersive game where your team solves puzzles, uncovers clues, and completes challenges to "escape" or complete a mission within 60 minutes.

 

🧠 How many people can play at once?

Each room has a different capacity, typically accommodating 2 to 8 players. For larger groups or special events, contact us to arrange custom experiences or private bookings.

 

⏰ How long does each escape room experience last?

Each game lasts 60 minutes, but please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and a quick briefing. Expect your total visit to take about 75–90 minutes.

Absolutely! Our rooms are designed for all ages 8+. Some themes are a little spooky, but nothing is too scary. Great for families, birthday parties, and school events!

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards online and in person. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

 

🚪 What happens if we don’t escape in time?

Don’t worry—our Game Masters will walk you through what you missed. You’re welcome to try again later and beat the clock!

 

❓ Will we be playing with strangers?

All bookings are currently private, so your group will have the room to yourselves—no strangers, just teammates.

 

🚫 What’s your cancellation policy?

We offer:

• Full refund with 24+ hours notice

• No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable
  For changes or cancellations, email or call us as soon as possible.
